This project works best for a higher level Spanish class (level III or above) and is also great in a Spanish for Heritage learners class. Students spend a couple of days researching a famous Latino musician and present their findings to the class. Students are always into music and this is a great way to get them to expand their horizons as well as present artists they already enjoy. Project takes 2 days on the computer to prepare and you will be able to see between 6-8 presentations per class period depending on how long each student speaks. Download contains requirements of project, guiding questions for students, a rubric for grading and a long list of famous latino artists for students to choose.
