Product Description
This is an activity I use to introduce students to the rights of someone accused of a crime. There are 5 different real life scenarios (ie - OJ Simpson case, Miranda vs. Arizona) that present the students with a situation for which they must determine what the accused person's rights are. After the scenarios there is one critical thinking writing prompt that I use to start a class discussion.
