Product Description
US Constitution, Bill of Rights, 10 Amendments Fun & Memorable Hand Signals

This may be my favorite product yet. This makes memorizing the first 10 amendments easy. This 14-slide PowerPoint contains videos showing hand signals that will help students remember the Bill of Rights. Each amendment has a unique hand signal, and each one is explained in short, 1-2 minute video. The 11 videos are .wmv files (windows media videos) embedded into a PowerPoint for your convenience. This PowerPoint includes an intro video explaining all the details to the teacher. You can decide if you want to learn the hand signals and teach your students yourself, or sit back and play the PowerPoint videos and have Coach Lynch teach them. The total PowerPoint is approximately 20 minutes, if no breaks are taken. I always make the students do the hand-signals as we go through the learning process. At the end of class, I call on my students one at a time, starting with those who struggle (so they have more options), and ending with my smarter students, and ask them to name and signal any of the amendments. My students have remembered the 10 amendments years later, and my 13-year-old son knows them all. This is a fun and easy way to remember all 10 amendments. I found it more effective than my 10 amendments foldable.
