Allow students to compare and contrast early U.S. colonial regions (Northern/New England Colonies; Middle/Mid Atlantic Colonies; and Southern Colonies). This chart allows students to focus on Geography, Economy, Religion, and Politics. I used it to show how these items were interrelated, environmental factors driving economies of regions. Religion of regions and politics as reflective of the economies.
