This is a GREAT after EOCT project when students are restless and you have covered all the standards.
Students sign up for an AMERICAN conspiracy (I provide a list, but if they have one they present to me, I usually ok it)
They do research (remember this is not scholarly, per se because most conspiracies and conspiracy pages are not written by scholars) They DO have to cite their sources even though they are not "reputable"
They write the report according to the formula I provided, and create a powerpoint presentation to present to the class.
I usually do not allow more than 2 students to a topic so that presentation day is not full of the same event over and over.
