This final exam covers US History from Reconstruction through World War 2. There are 175 questions in matching, true/false, and multiple choice format (all sections accommodate scantron grading). As a heads up, its original use was in an honors class. For extra credit, I have the students define containment and write the difference between the Marshall Plan and the Truman Doctrine at the end of their test (I verbally give them that option).
Topics covered include, but are not limited to, Reconstruction, immigration, monopolies and trusts, labor, moral diplomacy, the amendments from 13-21, World War 1, World War 2, Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson domestically, imperialism, the Dust Bowl, prohibition, the Great Depression, FDR, Red Scare, isolationism, and the New Deal. The answer key is included.
If after reviewing this exam you want there to be questions on certain topics represented and you want other topics removed from the test please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll be happy to make modifications for you!
