Product Description
This lesson is designed to last for an hour of class time or longer. Students will be provided with background information about International Terrorism. They will show what they know by completing engaging classroom activities and answering various depths of knowledge of questions related to the lesson.

Students will be required to read a handout attached to this lesson plan and complete a variety of tasks. One that includes creating a poster in which they describe international terrorism.

At the end of the lesson, students are expected to answer the following questions:

o What is international terrorism?
o Describe the overview of events of terrorist activity over the past 40 years.
o Name and describe some of the most devastating terrorist attacks in the world.

This lesson provides teachers with a warm-up activity, guided practice activity, independent practice, activity, extension activity, and project ideas.
