PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The United States of America has always been a destination of hope and freedom! I believe these ideals are a foundational part of history and should be taught and communicated to our students as young as possible!

That is where this simple yet effective activity on immigration can be very useful.

This research activity focuses specifically upon the wave of European immigrants that came to the US between the years of 1850 and 1930.

This was a time of tremendous growth and this short project highlights 10-15 immigrant groups and their role in this historic time!

It includes 4 pages:

1. an introduction with instructions

2. a research chart

3. graphs & drawings representing immigration

4. questions to help students dig deeper into the topic
