ENJOY THIS FREEBIE AS AN INTRODUCTION TO MY 300+ EDUCATIONAL BINGO GAMES, WHICH CAN BE USED IN SMALL GROUPS OR WITH THE ENTIRE CLASS.
What a fun way to reinforce knowledge of U.S. State Capitols! This familiar activity will make reviewing the names of the capitols of our 50 states an engaging, interactive experience. 30 game boards are included to allow for either small group or whole class participation. Print out a few for use as a center, or enough for the whole class. Because students only have to recognize the correct city for each state, not generate the name, it is ideal for all levels of students. 30 game boards are included in each set to allow for whole class participation. The special calling cards, featuring fold over flaps to hide the answers, also give you the option of using them in centers - small group of students can play independently without a bingo caller. Unlike my other bingo games, this activity features a 6X6, which allows for 36 cities on each board. Students have to really think when choosing an answer, because they will not have the correct answer for every state. Options for extending play past the traditional one row, column or diagonal increase the learning potential.
