The first climatic association in autumn is - rain. And the first association on rain? Umbrellas, of course. As adults, we will probably be happy to find any kind of umbrella even if it is a dull black one. But, children don't necessarily think so. Well, at least my pupils don't. Their umbrellas look more like a spring shower than a cold dreary autumn downpour.
Even though this is about the making of a mural of umbrellas, it is actually about an integrated lesson containing the following: getting to know the autumn season, the usage of old and new words pertaining to autumn and science altogether, a literary-creative writing composition, singing and listening to songs about autumn. The mural is about 39.37x 82.68 inches.
The following instructions are the material used, step-by-step making of the mural.
