Students will also be learn about the whole rest. This song also includes an introduction and coda which the teacher or a student can play on the contra bass xylophone, giving students an experience with introduction and coda as well. This song is cited as a Mexican folk song, but it is known throughout Latin America in various renditions. This lesson is wonderful for use during Hispanic Heritage Month or anytime through the year.
