Students conduct three different interviews with similar introductory level questions (What’s your name? How are you? Where are you from? How old are you? What’s up? etc.) Students should write out the answers for each interviewee as they hear them. Questions are asked in the 2nd person friendly/familiar (tú) form. Students should be guided to use the yo form or the 1st person depending on the jargon used in class for their answers.
When the interviewer has completed the interview, s/he will use the summary section to rewrite the interview answers about whomever was interview in the 3rd person, él/ella (s/he) form in a short paragraph.
This activity could be expanded into a typed essay or a presentational project if desired and/or time allows.
