This game is meant to reinforce the endings learned from the Lindamood Bell (LiPS) Ending Grid. This game focuses on the first three endings from the vowel says /u/ row: -a, -on, -an. Students must pronounce a word correctly before advancing in the game. The game includes a mix of the endings with 54 cards and 6 blank cards for words or nonsense words of your own.
Game pieces such as erasers, counters, or paper clips are needed for each player. Groups of 2-4 would work best. This can be used as a literacy center for whole class use or as a differentiated activity for small groups.
This product is intended for single classroom use. Multiple licenses may be purchased.
