Four pages of interactive notes that follow my Understanding Integers, Opposites & Absolute Value PowerPoint lesson, plus two pages of practice problems, teacher notes, and a full answer key are included. This resource also works well as a stand-alone activity without the PowerPoint lesson. There is no cutting, pasting, folding, etc. on this worksheet, but it does follow the lesson and has students creating very usable notes for themselves.I hope you find it valuable regardless of how you are using it. The two pages of practice problems can be used as additional practice, homework, partner or group activity, or as an assessment.
There is one modification to the Notes & Practice from the PowerPoint lesson. For the review of graphing integers on the number line (page 2 of the interactive notes, slide 11 on the PowerPoint), I have included only the number lines to allow you more flexibility in what types of graphing problems you want to review with your students. I have found that some teachers like to review the inequality graphing at this point, while others want to only work on graphing equation solutions.
