This packet has several different activities for working with Unifix Cubes and is PERFECT for your math center. Print or mount onto cardstock and laminate, students can use a dry erase marker to record data. Most sheets can also be used as a worksheet by coloring the unifix templates instead of placing the cubes onto the mats..
*10 number mats for decomposing numbers 1 - 10 Mats allow students to place unifix cubes directly onto mat and record as many ways as they can to make that number.
*Decomposing 5 - Students place unifix cubes directly onto mat and record the different ways to make the number five. This can be used as a worksheet by coloring templates.
*Sorting Mats - 3 mats with 4 different colors each. Students can sort 4, 8, or all 12 colors.
*Creating patterns - students create pattern given (AB, ABB, etc...) Can be used as a mat or worksheet.
*Create pattern and write pattern on lines provided under each cube. - This can also be used as a worksheet by coloring the template.
*Decomposing 10 - template and recording sheet - also can be used as a worksheet instead of mat.
