PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fitness Objective: Increase HR, breathing rate, and perspiration by participating in aerobic activity. Improve upper body strength.

Skill Objective: Be able to floor juggle 3 beanbags and understand the pattern of juggling. Be able to roll, chest pass, and catch a ball with a partner with accuracy and quickness. Be able to use hand-eye coordination to juggle 2-3 scarves and beanbags.

Social/Emotional Objective: Be able to work in a large group while following rules, procedures, and safe practices. Persevere when not successful.
