This was from a course I taught for several years called Fundamentals of Algebra and Geometry, with emphasis on the FUN! Creative presentations and activities help keep students engaged. All materials are numbered in the order I used them in class. Students were primarily 9th graders, though this can be used or adapted for grades 6-12. This unit lasted approximately two weeks with 80 minute classes.
Some of the topics addressed include:
Comparing Decimals and Fractions
Factors and Divisibility
Greatest Common Factor
Least Common Multiple
