Form of Writing: Explanations
Grade 4 – Explain a natural phenomenon related to light or sound (Ex. why lightning flashes are seen before thunder is heard or how images are distorted when reflected on curved surfaces.)
Explain how vibrations cause sound.
Grade 5 – How is energy stored and transformed in a given device or system? How energy changes from one form to another?
