This Unit Rate resource is a complete lesson aligned to 6th grade Math Common Core standard 6.RP.A.2 that hits on calculating unit rates in real world scenarios. This lesson builds on students' knowledge of ratios and allows them to use ratio relationships to solve for unit rates using ratio reasoning. This lesson utilizes ratio tables to help students deepen their understanding of rates and unit rates.
