They will build on their poetic vocabulary in order to recognize how poetic devices can be used to enhance meaning and will demonstrate that knowledge through daily writings, quizzes, class discussion, group activities, and a final essay or presentation. The package includes answer keys for all quizzes as well as a rubric for grading the final essay.
