This United States currency worksheet briefly describes the United States dollar and contains two tables to be filled in, one for coins and one for paper currency.
For coins, the penny is provided as an example and students are to fill in the denomination, common name, obverse portrait, reverse, and circulation (wide or limited) for the nickel, dime, quarter, and half dollar.
For paper currency, the dollar is included as an example and students are to fill in the denomination, obverse portrait, reverse, and circulation (wide or limited) for the two dollar, five dollar, ten dollar, twenty dollar, fifty dollar, and one hundred dollar bills.
