This lesson will not only provide you with a web quest but also discussion and extension lesson activities. The bulk of this lesson requires students to read information from a primary source found online as a means of building their background knowledge about the topic. Students will show their understanding by answering various open-ended questions related to the economic booms of the 1950s.
This is a perfect grab and go lesson for teachers. Students will work individually to answer various open-ended questions. This will allow time for the teacher to get caught up on grade and challenge their students to use their research skills. This is also great for a substitute assignment!
