PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a great project I used in my classroom last year and the students absolutely loved it! Here's the basis:

You are a researcher sent out to prove or disprove theories of well-known unsolved mysteries such as the Loch Ness Monster and Big Foot. Based on evidence you gather you will have to draw your own conclusion and provide evidence to support your conclusion.

There are six parts to this project.
Research
Map of Research Site
Interview
Evidence from Site
Research Paper
Presentation - done in partners or with a group

In the zip file you will receive the following:
PowerPoint with an outline of the project
Directions in PDF format
Stationary in PDF format for the final draft of the report
Labels for folder tabs in a Word file- Avery 5160
Folder Cover in PDF format

The PowerPoint is still editable so you can change some of the directions if you would like more of the parts done in a group instead of individually. This would also be an easy project to differentiate between the different levels of your students.

I hope your students enjoy this as much as mine did!

If you have any questions or find any errors please email me before leaving feedback.

Thanks!
Sarah
