Are your students ready for the next level in handwriting practice?
Often, we begin with proper letter formation, and we may not keep the process going as much as we really should. I found that my students continued to need practice in this area. So, I was inspired to create an activity that could grow with my students.
I wanted to create handwriting practice that was:
•Cross-curricular- Science + Reading + Handwriting = Greater Academic Connections
•Interesting & engaging- Who doesn't love learning about animals?
•Encouraged students to develop their writing stamina
This product includes:
•1 writing sheet that features an animal from each letter of the alphabet
•1 additional writing sheet/page for students that need additional pages for copying
•1 K-W-L Chart
•1 Is, Can, Has Chart

•1 Venn Diagram
This product would work well for:
★First Grade students-
*towards the end of the year
*more advanced readers
