DESCRIPTIONThis packet contains fun, engaging spring (hot air balloon, spring, Easter) activities that may be used to help early childhood through 2nd grade students practice using pronouns (he, she, they), basic concepts (above, around, big, behind, below, between, down, in, in front, next to/beside, on, over, small, through, up, under, first, second, third, last, how many, same, and different), and respond to wh questions. There are no digital interactive features with these activities.
These scenes could be used for a variety of purposes such as asking and answering questions, conversation starters for students working on carry over of skills in articulation and fluency, sentence formulation and expansion, eliciting a language sample, etc.

SUGGESTED ACTIVITIES - No Print No Prep or Copy and Laminate
Ask the question written on the page, (i.e., “Who is in the balloon?”). If needed, model the correct sentence. The cues “he, she, and they” are at the bottom of some of the pages to help elicit these sentence structures.
On each page you could count the number of children, balloons, bunnies, etc.
3. You could describe the balloons, children, animals, etc. in the pictures.
4. Use coloring Pages to reinforce the activity.
