In this download, you will find three folders to help you enhance, begin or enrich your morning meeting for your class. You will have:
-Four different versions of the question cards (three colored, one black and white)
-Four versions for the greeting/activity cards
-An "I Have, Who Has" game based on animal fun facts to go along with the activity card
-Two sets of Pair cards (each student gets a card, finds the person with the card that best fits theirs) to go along with the activity card
-"Left/Right" stories to go along with the activity card
-Greeting Procedures poster
-Morning Meeting Procedures poster

This product is intended to build and strengthen classroom community. The questions and greeting activity cards are designed to encourage a growth mindset, talk about important issues, have some fun with your students, and also get to know your students a little better. The point isn’t always to have an in depth conversation about life with your students. Some days it is simply a time to share something with your students, and your students with you (Such as “Beach or Mountains”). This resource is meant to create a family in your classroom, to enjoy your morning meeting time, and learn with and about one another.

In my TPT store you can find more content specific pair cards to use during morning meeting, or to use as a simple class activity throughout the school year. Students must use the vocabulary word they have and pair it with the most similar topic, definition, or other vocabulary word another student has. They then can justify their pairings to the class, or to small groups.
