Upper- and Lower-Case Alphabet Germy Flashcards for Letter Sound Recognition

Need some engaging upper- and lower-case alphabet flash cards? Check out these funny germ / alien / monster letters! These little critters are so versatile, and can be used in many different ways! One set of germ alphabet cards has both upper- and lower-case letters on the same card. Another set has just upper-case letters, and a final set has only lower-case letters on each little monster.

This "bunch of alien germs" can be used in a variety of ways as you look for engaging ideas to teach letter recognition and letter sounds. I printed these critters out on different colored cardstock, laminated them, and cut them out. I then purchased some plastic tweezers for students to pick up the "aliens." My Kindergarteners and striving first graders love this activity.
