With this resource students will be able to use plastic cubes while the sort various letters of the alphabet. This activity will make teaching {and learning} the alphabet fun, engaging, and hands-on!

This packet includes 26 activity mats for the letters Aa - Zz. Letters are presented in a variety of fonts which helps students to recognize the letters in a variety of texts and settings, such as environmental print.

To prepare this packet, just print the activity mats and laminate or slide in page protectors. Students will need red, orange, yellow, green, and blue plastic linking cubes to complete this activity.

Using the color code on the right side of the activity mat, students will cover the matching uppercase and lowercase letters with plastic linking cubes.
