Context clues can be beneficial but difficult for students to master. Students should be able to use clues in the text to find the meaning of an unfamiliar word. In order to do this, kids need some strategies to help them find and use context clues. With this engaging, yet rigorous, presentation, students will go beyond identifying word meanings and look at six different ways to use context clues to define unknown words.
