In my seventh year of teaching I was asked to lead two Professional Development sessions sharing with my colleagues the various methods I use to analyze assessment data and adjust my instruction. I teach the students how to analyze their data as well, and it becomes part of our routine. The strategies set forth by this presentation contributed to US History EOCT pass rate gains from 47% to 71% in one school year.
