No Red Ink is a powerful Web 2.0 tool that allows students to improve their grammar and writing skills. Lessons may be tailored for individual students or assigned to a whole class. Best of all, the tool individualizes work based upon students' interests. Students simply select television shows, movies, music, etc. that they find interesting and then the site creates grammar practice with those themes. After students complete their work online, the teacher can view a color-coded map of student progress. Data analysis has never been so simple. As a teacher, if you have computers or iPads in the classroom, then your students may use this tool in class. It is also a wonderful tool to use for homework or enrichment at home. This learning object is for teachers. It will walk you through the process of setting up your classes on this free website.
