Product Description
A photo is a text. Because many are visual learners, I use photos to help students learn the art of making and identifying inferences. I usually use the works of Gordon Parks to get students started or photos of war heroes, protest marches and the like.

Select about 6 really great photos from which students can select and as individuals or pairs make inferences about the photo using the worksheet provided. Select photos that best fit your grade level.
