Students will choose the correct subordinating conjunctions to go with each sentence using these no-prep self-correcting Digital Boom Cards. Students must choose all correct answers. A subordinating conjunction is a word that joins a complete thought (independent clause) with and incomplete thought (dependent clause). Choices include: after, as, even though, now that, than, before, as if, if, rather than, that, although, as though, as though, in order to, so that, until, once, as long as, if only, since, and unless. Students can play the Boom Cards until they master the deck. The Boom Cards are self-correcting and teachers can check the student's progress through the Boom Learning site.
