PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our standards require students to recognize chronological text structure. What better way to teach text structure than with the story of the Titanic? In this lesson, students will create a timeline of events in order to understand the text structure used by the author. This lesson is designed to accompany The Titanic: A Video Field Trip, a free product in my store.

Here's what's included in the lesson:
*A link to a free copy of Exploring the Titanic by Robert Ballard
*A timeline for students to fill in, differentiated so that all students can experience success
*An answer key

This lesson is part of The Titanic: A Comprehensive Unit.

Enjoy!
