Product Description
This worksheet provides a set of increasingly interesting graphs for which students write the equations. At the end they should be ready to model sinusoidal application problems given maximum and minimum points. There is built-in challenge for early finishers where they can write multiple equations for the same graph.

An answer key with two possible equations for each graph is included. Best completed in radians.
