This scaffolded note sheet is a great way to introduce the formula for the slope of a line. There are TWO great ways you can use these guided notes to help them practice finding the slope of a line between two given points:

1) Use with whole-class instruction OR

2) Have students complete the study guide on their own by scanning the QR code and following my free online lesson! The online lesson also includes a practice quiz with instant feedback.
