Data Sheets: All Milestones

The materials in this kit are to help simplify the administration of the VB-MAPP. Many of the milestones need to be assessed through observation or direct testing that are specific to the child. It is important that the assessor has read the guidelines and instructions presented in the VB-MAPP Guide book. The information provided in this resource is to help the administration of the VB-Mapp Milestones. Materials and data sheets are provided for milestones that require direct testing. The images and questions chosen for these milestones should be sufficient for the majority of students. However, in some cases students my not recognize the examples provided. In those cases, fill free to provide equivalent examples that are familiar to that student. Supplemental data sheets are provided for other milestones that are more student driven or specific. These data sheets can be used at your discretion. Some of the milestones require materials such as blocks, puzzles, or objects. These will be provided by the assessor.

There is an observation grid that I have created to help identify the milestones that require timed observations or direct observations. It is divided by level and milestone. This grid is a cumulative way to look at skills to be observed by the students.
