Students will enjoy creating a postcard mid-week through an exciting vacation to a Spanish peaking destination using preterite, present and future tenses. Run the postcard grid on card stock.
Day 1: Explain project to students and give them 4 websites to research to find cities to visit, activities to do, and foods to try
Day 2: Students choose verbs to include in preterite, present and ir+a + infinitive to express what they are doing, have done and will do on their vacation and create a rough draft for feedback.
Day 3 Students confer with teacher about rough draft and finish postcard with an authentic picture or drawing.
