Sweeten up the classroom this Valentine's Day with Bingo Cards that incorporate 3 letter phonetic cards.
25 cards are included along with a sheet of self-creating bingo chips.
Bingo games are fun, help to develop visual-discrimation skills in young children, and these cards will help to strengthen skills for children who are beginning word building and beginning reading.
These Bingo Cards are made up of pictures of candy hearts, each with a 3-letter phonetic word. Break the class up into small groups of 2 or 3 to a table and if not everyone in the class is reading yet, be sure to include a child at each table who is so they can help assist the others.
Bingo games are an excellent way to help develop cooperative skills and these cards are specifically designed to improve language skills.

Assembly is easy, print out on card stock or regular paper then cut and paste onto construction paper or card stock and laminate for longer wear and tear. Beforehand, have children cut out bingo chips as a cutting exercise to improve hand-eye coordination skills and then paste those papers onto harder paper, laminate and children can use them while playing Bingo.
