Valentines Axolotl Craft Worksheets - Easy Axolotl Craftivity - Seasonal Fun

A cute little axolotl crafts to use as lesson plan fillers in the classroom. This axolotl craft uses cardboard tubes (you can use any type of cardboard, or roll your own cardboard into a tube and secure). Though it is particularly lovely for Valentine's Day, as you can make some "I love you alotl" axolotl crafts.

You can also use it for library time (read alotl) or come up with your own fun puns (e.g. snack alotl). Encourage students to think of their own "alotl" puns, whether it is for Valentine's Day Crafts or other occassions.

NOTE: this is a super simple craft with NO templates. Students are encouraged to practice cutting their own basic shapes to make their own axolotls.

Our axolotls have been painted, but you can make these "mess free" by wrapping the cardboard tube in paper or rolling up colourful card to make your own "tubes".
