Class Banner - It's perfect for February to use as a Valentine's banner. It actually does not say "Valentine's Day" though (see topics included below), so it could be used any time, or you can keep it up after February to give a personal touch to the room. It focuses more on 'love' than the holiday itself.

I have also included a pink bow and colored heart/love banner pieces that can be used to finish out your display. Click on the preview to see a close up view of what is included.
It also makes a perfect hallway or bulletin board display. Attach it to some yarn or ribbon and create a banner. You could also staple these to a board and not create banner of connected papers.
Students will fill in the following areas on the Valentine's Day banner:

Acrostic for the word LOVE (limited space, probably just a word or short phrase)
Sweet treats I love....
Things I love... sport, subject, animal
Once filled out, they will color and cut out the pennant. Cute themed images are on the banner. It's sure to make a fun display.
