Valentine's Day Speech Therapy Craft: "Mouse's First Valentine Book Companion" and Craftivity...The main craft includes 30 different vocabulary words from the story (each student will need 10 to create the craft) or you can use the included articulation sound strips that include the word and a matching image (in every sound, every position, plus blends). If you have a student in the group working on fluency or language goals then you can use the blank sheet of strips that are included to work on those goals. The main craft can be used for Valentine's Day without using the book.
This product also includes: wh questions, sequencing, vocabulary word list (30 words), two crafts and a game to go with "Mouse's First Valentine" by Lauren Thompson! If you don't own a copy of the book, there is a read aloud of it on Youtube (but I love this book so much that I think everyone should own a copy)! If you don't have the materials on hand to make the craft that uses a doily, no worries, I included print outs that you can use instead in color and black and whitel. I have included a set of wh questions, a sequencing task sheet, game cards and instructions on how to tie it all together. Happy Valentine's Day, hope you enjoy this book companion!
