Use these digital Valentine's Day card templates to easily create cute valentines for parents or caregivers from your students.
Students can edit and "sign" them in Google Classroom, Seesaw, or any platform that supports JPEG files. Parents can download them as keepsakes. They can also be printed and mailed if desired.
Each card has a place for a student's photo to make it more personalized. Use a photo that you have on file or have students send you one via Google Classroom, Seesaw, email, or text. Instructions are included that show you how to easily upload and crop the photo for the card in PowerPoint.
Send the valentine cards to the students to "sign" and edit using the editing tools in Google Classroom (text tool, insert shapes such as hearts, smiley faces, sun, cloud, etc., insert callouts to make it look like the student is saying something special) or Seesaw (text tool, drawing tools, record a special message, etc.).
Step-by-step instructions with pictures AND video tutorials are included that show you how to:
- Insert student photos in PowerPoint (the resource is a PowerPoint file)
- Save the cards as JPEG files
- Assign to students in Google Classroom
- Assign to students in Seesaw
- Print and send to students (if digital is not possible) Please note: the student photos need to be added digitally in PowerPoint by the teacher.
