This classroom guidance lesson is perfect for Valentine's Day with early elementary students! Students play one of 2 games (one game appropriate for PK/K and the other for grades 1-2+) to practice recognizing others' feelings and describing their own experiences with those feelings! Students create a valentine accordion "I Love My Feelings" to reinforce feeling recognition!
Includes lesson plan (objective, outline, materials list, ASCA standards alignment), valentine emoji printables and posters, and valentine accordion book printables.
