Students will write an equation using a slope and a coordinate or two coordinates. Goal is for students to practice two skills. First, finding the y-intercept given a slope and a coordinates, then write it as an equation in slope-intercept form. Second, finding the slope using slope formula given two coordinates, then use the slope and one coordinates to find the y-intercept, before writing an equation in slope intercept form. Students count also use point-slope form, if they have been taught it this way.
Students must select the correct equation, most of the incorrect answers represent a common error like adding instead of subtracting when solving for the y-intercept, then color in the number of the question based upon their answer.
