These Valentine’s Day conversation hearts are designed to promote great conversation starts! Using the words on the cards as a springboard for conversation, this fun activity is a perfect way to encourage socialization in your classroom. Great for classroom teachers, speech teachers, camp counselors, and club advisors.
Thirty-four different cards in all. Colored and black and white versions are included. Simply print and cut.
Students can work in pairs to start a conversation based on the words in the hearts. The hearts have a common theme that serves as a springboard for conversation. Set an amount of time for students to converse about each card, then have students move around and switch cards with one another. You could set cards on desks and use these like a Scoot style activity too!
