I created this activity to revise the past form of some common irregular verbs, some irregular plurals, rhyming words and also Valentine’s synonyms.
I decided to dress up this activity into a Valentine’s Day look.
Here’s how I used it:
Because we always have a low tonner situation in school, I printed them in black and white;
Then I asked the children to cut and pair up each half heart.
After that, on a pink piece of carton (or any other colour), I asked them to glue the correctly paired hearts.
As a title they should glue the title heart.
Finally, after they glued everything, they can decorate, or colour however they want.
