If you are looking for fun activities for your Valentine's Day themed History or ELA lessons or some extra-activities for fast finishers, this set of Famous Couples in History and Literature Coloring Pages might be just what you need! Each page (8.5" x 11" US letter size) includes a realistic heart shaped line art image of a famous historical or fictive couple, blank title frame for naming the couple and 3 blank lines where students can write a short description of who the couple were and why they are famous. If you would prefer your students to choose a different famous couple and draw their picture instead of just coloring, this product also includes an extra page with an empty heart-shaped frame.

The couples portrayed in this resource are:

- Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragon (royal couple of Spain)

The size of these coloring pages is 8.5" x 11" US letter size. Your purchase will include a zip file containing 11 coloring pages saved as one high quality pdf-file and a separate credits page.

This resource can be used as a simple coloring or drawing activity or the images can be colored in, cut out and used for different kinds of projects, presentations, bulletin board displays etc.
