This FREEBIE will help your students brush up on their measurement skills while also practicing how to create and label a line plot.
On the first page, students will help Cupid gather data about the lengths of his arrows. Each arrow will need to be measured to the nearest inch. Then, students will use their data to create a line plot on the second page. The line plot will help students answer the four questions based on the data they gathered.
My students absolutely loved this activity. We used it to prepare for our line plot assessment. You could also use this as an introduction lesson or math center. I hope you can find a way to use this in your classroom and have fun with it!
-Make sure you have the size set to 100% before printing so the arrows do not shrink.
-Print on 2 separate pages rather than front-to-back to allow students to accurately transfer their data.
