In this Valentine's Day mindfulness activity, students will participate in a mindfulness exercise to explore the things that they love! Use the mindfulness script included to lead students through the exercise and reflect on their experience of love. Students then create a box of chocolates craft and identify things that they love most. This includes a mindfulness script and cut and no-cut craft printables. This activity is perfect for classroom guidance lessons or small group counseling, and the craft makes a great bulletin board!
